The target is to improve reconciliation of work and private life and to make Fraunhofer ISI as an employer more attractive.

Description of Offer/ Action
Flexible working hours enable employees to organize their working hours in a way that complies with private demands such as opening hours of the kindergarten. Above that, employees have the option to do telework and to work from home, e.g. in order to care for a sick child. This measure also increases the attractiveness of the Fraunhofer ISI as an employer.

Implementation Approach
A works agreement on flexible working hours was concluded and telework is regulated by a General Internal Agreement.

Results and Modes of Action
The offer is used by all employees.
